The fan clutch is the problem. It will often times start if you unplug the fan clutch plug located on the passenger side of the bottom of the radiator. Once the fan clutch gets bad enough it causes the Engine Control Module to not power up. This causes the no start condition as well as a Diagnostic Link Connector to not communicate. Cycling the key three times will still give you codes on the odometer though.

They all related to the secondary O2 sensor. In this video I show the procedure I went through in order to diagnose and repair these codes. All you need is a scanner and a DVOM.
