Hello, In this video I'm going to show you how to uninstall NVIDIA CUDA Drivers completely on your Mac. Unfortunately, there is no official NVIDIA CUDA Uninstaller for MacOS. So we have to manually remove them. We will navigate to folders and delete all the drivers and related components installed on your Mac. Library/Extensions/CUDA.kext /Library/Frameworks/CUDA.framework /Library/LaunchAgents/com.nvidia.CUDASoftwareUpdate.plist /Library/PreferencePanes/CUDA/Preferences.prefPane /System/Library/StartupItems/CUDA/ /usr/local/cuda (Some of those are empty, so don’t worry) Finally, restart your Mac.

HP elitebook 8570w with nvidia 965m MXM A upgrade !!!! This is my HP elitebook 8570w with an i7 initially it came with a NVIDIA Quadro K1000M wich was too slow. What i did was find a fast MXMa slot gpu like the nvidia 965m MXMa DISCLAIMER - i do not have any fault if you damage your laptop with this procedure. I have donme it in 2 8570w laptops and worked easily both times. But you do it on your own risk STEPS TO DO - do not install 965m card before doing STEP 1&2 STEP 1 : download Nvidia drivers and do some driver editing as seen here http://null-bin.blogspot.gr/2015/08/how-to-modify-nvidia-notebook-driver.html and then install the driver STEP 2 : boot into bios and set the BOOT MODE to UEFI NATIVE like seen in this picture https://h30434.www3.hp.com/psg/attachments/psg/Hardware/179833/3/HP%209470m%20-%20Boot%20Mode.jpg SHUT DOWN the laptop STEP 3 : install the mxm card. Before commenting about how a Quadro isn't for gaming understand that this is a CAD rig, NOT a gaming rig. If I was building a PC for gaming I would buy a GTX... A little while ago I was putting together a new PC PRIMARILY for CAD work (AutoCAD, 3DS Max....). I also wanted to be able to do a little gaming on it so my heart was saying GTX 560ti but my head was telling me to go for the Quadro 2000. I couldn't find a video demonstrating the gaming graphics capabilities of the Quadro, and in the end my head won - so here you go. 4 games running on the Quadro 2000 - I was pleasantly impressed. PC Specs: CPU: i5 2500k GPU: Nvidia Quadro 2000 (performance driver) RAM: 16gb DDR3 Recorded at 30fps using Fraps. Obviously I don't have a GTX to compare to but for a rig not dedicated to gaming I'm very happy. UPDATE - the Quadro held up well to most games, but with graphics being pushed to new levels with the likes of Titanfall and BF4, the Quadro wasn't gunna stand a chance. So I've invested in a new gaming rig with a GTX 970. The Quadro can finally rest in peace...
